Terms of purchase
Randi Naess, makes it easy, safe and free of unpleasant surprises when buying. Below you will find our full terms of purchase.
Online Payment
We accept Visa, American Express and MasterCard through our partner Stripe and / or Randi Næss. All transactions are encrypted via Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) and are 100% secure. Card purchases are free of charge. If the agreed amount / deduction is not authorized and payment is not made, an invoice will be created.
Part payment and instalment scheme
A purchase made with a repayment arrangement, whether written or oral, is to be considered binding and must be paid in full by the deadline. If instalments are not paid within the agreed time, the outstanding amount will be forwarded to invoicing and debt collection.
Sales to minors
If you are under 18, you must have permission from the guardian to order from us.
Undo for consumers and courses with undo announced
For courses advertised with a 14-day open purchase (right of withdrawal), this right of withdrawal applies from the date of purchase, unless we have announced that we give a 14-day withdrawal period from the start date of the course. If you wish to use the withdrawal period, you must give us feedback before the withdrawal period expires. We will refund you your money within 1 week of the date your cancellation deadline is used. Chargeback occurs to the same account the money was paid from. Other cancellation deadlines may apply if specified. If you do not give notice within the deadline, the right of withdrawal will expire and money will not be refunded.
We note that the Undertaking Act applies only to consumers, and not a person who mainly acts as part of a business activity.
Undertaking for business customers: Courses, lectures and workshops
Our member services, mentoring programs, courses and lectures sold to the corporate market do not have a withdrawal period unless this has been provided by the seller or information about the withdrawal period is provided during the purchase process / on the purchase side. Any withdrawal period will only apply according to the conditions given on the purchase page or in the purchase process.
guarantees
Any guarantees given in connection with the purchase of the product can only be used if the conditions for the guarantee are fulfilled and that written notice is given to us no later than before the warranty expires. If you wish to avail yourself of any agreed warranty, we ask that you document that you have completed your part of the agreement. When using the guarantee, all access to the course portal and associated services is stopped as a result of the refunded course amount.

Terms of use of portal content
You purchase access to the course portal content during the mentoring program period. Randi Naess's products are protected by copyright. The product is provided for personal, non-commercial use only.
You may not use the product or materials available in the product in any way that violates our rights or in any manner not authorized by Randi Naess. You may not modify, copy, reproduce, publish, upload, post, transmit, translate, sell, create derivative works, utilize or distribute in any way or medium (including email or other electronic means) any materials from the Product. Duplication, sharing, or uploading product files for sharing on websites is considered to be stealing and will be notified to the extent permitted by law.
However, you may download and / or print a single copy of certain pages of the Website for personal, non-commercial use, provided that all copyrights and other proprietary rights are retained.
Randi Naess offers individual course programs. Upon registration, you will receive a username and password, and a membership profile for use during the course and in the private membership portal. If you want to take a course with a business partner or partner, each individual must purchase the course individually. If you want an assistant or an entire group to take the course, a separate membership will have to be purchased for each participating member.
Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and must insist that you respect the privacy of others attending the course. Thus, this is a mutual agreement on confidentiality. We respect your confidential and confidential information and ideas, plans and trade secrets. By purchasing this product, you agree to respect the same rights of course participants and representatives of Randi Næss and employees of its partners.
You are free to discuss your personal results from our courses and assignments. On the other hand, all experience and statements, oral or written, from all other participants or Randi Naess must be kept strictly confidential.
Security & Privacy
We use SSL (Secure Socket Layer), which means that all orders are encrypted, ie completely secure. Randi Naess guarantees that we will never disclose your personal information or e-mail address to a third party, unless there are special reasons, eg. that police, prosecutors or the like ask for information. You have the right to receive the information we have registered about you, and if you believe it is incorrect or irrelevant, you can request correction or removal from our customer register. Disclaimer
Randi Næs and our partners disclaim all financial requirements related to any of our websites, videos, newsletters, course portal or other content. We have done everything we can to ensure that the content is of high quality. By purchasing this course, you accept and agree that you are fully responsible for your progress and results from attending the course. We do not offer any guarantees about revenue or results. You alone are responsible for your actions, and your results depend on personal factors, including your skills, knowledge, ability, commitment, business sense, network and financial situation, to name a few.
Cancellation and postponement
Randi Naess reserves the right to cancel or postpone the course due to reasons beyond Randi Naess's control. If cancellation on the course participant's initiative, the course fee will be refunded. If postponed by Randi Naess initiative, the course participant will be offered participation at a later date.
Limitation and liability
By purchasing this product, you agree to use the Company's services at your own risk and that the program is an information service. You release the Company and its employees, its partners and partners' employees from liability for any damages that may arise and for any claims that may arise in connection with agreements between the parties. You accept all risks, predictable or unpredictable.
Not public denial
In the event of a dispute between you and Randi Næss, you agree that the only arena for resolving such a dispute shall be communication between you and the Company. You agree that you will not engage in any conduct or communication with any third party, social media, public or private, which will result in public defamation of the Company.
Agreement
This Agreement cannot be transferred by either party.
Resignation
By purchasing this product, you agree that Randi Næss may, in its sole discretion, terminate this Agreement and limit, suspend or terminate Customer's participation in the Program without reimbursement of the course fee, if Customer disrupts the Company or any other Participant. This also applies if the terms are violated.
Dispute settlement
If the dispute is not resolved first by negotiations between the parties, a dispute or dispute in connection with this agreement may be referred to the Conciliation Council or the court.
Warning
Any notification of disagreement given by one party to the other may be by personal handover or by post, registered or certified with a receipt. The notification must be sent to the parties at the addresses shown below.
Force Major
Is Randi Naess or its partners prevented from delivering or making a mandatory delivery - or does such a duty of delivery become unreasonably burdensome as a result of labour conflict or any other circumstance when the parties cannot control it, such as fire, serious illness, war, mobilization or unforeseen military calls of similar scope, requisition, seizures, currency restrictions, riots and riots, scarcity of means of transport, general commodity scarcity, restriction in supply of power, and deficiencies or delays in deliveries from subcontractors or manufacturers as a result of such circumstances referred to in In this point, Randi Naess is exempt from any liability other than in cases of complaints where Randi Naess refunds the defective item's purchase price.
