Hi, I am RandiÂ
I create value together with - and for the people along the coast. Inspired by the Nordland trade from the late 1800s and early 1900s.
My great-grandfather Oscar Grüner was a factory owner - together with several others, part of an adventurous clothing industry in the 20th century. My great-grandmother was aunt to the shipyard next to my childhood home. How can we take the heritage further, and together create a new blue coast adventure for modern times?
I follow my heart, and belief "what I am passionate about - is my calling". That`s why I am initiating a New CoastalPeople Adventure.
By walking the path, being in three careers, living the challenges - I emerged to teach, counsel and pass on my wisdom and creativity. I became wise in love and how into our hearts is a gamechanger.Â
From my heart I created the  CoastalPeople™ consept as part of a new blue revolution, the consept Blue Zone Home™, lifeliving™ Bridge2Thrive™ and the New Wise Leadership™ Mastery to allow wiser leadership capacity unfold. In my search for fundamental solutions on fundamental challenges I cracked the Golden Heart Healing & Happiness Code™ to Joyful Energized Hearts. The key to Unlock Innovation and to open up to an Ocean of Opportunities and Sustainable Wealth in business and life. #NewBusinessDynamics
